As for why many people don't do strength training at the gym,

It's probably because their weight approaches 100kg, and they end up working out until they reach the upper 80kg range, then suddenly stop training and end up approaching 100kg.

After changing to lighter dumbbells, I started doing push-ups and other exercises.

I'm currently about 177cm and weigh about 81kg (I've gained some fat), so I'd like to go on a diet. Since I've gotten a little bigger, I'm being careful about how I walk. I'm an engineer and do a lot of heavy labor, so I don't have the stamina to walk aggressively unless I'm in shape, so once I exercise and get bigger, I'll feel embarrassed to walk aggressively again, so I'll walk more carefully.

I'd like to add light dumbbell exercises to my daily exercise routine to burn calories rather than training.

I've always had a tendency to be on the slim side, but I've continued to use the same habits that make me gain weight easily.

I'd like to try a detox to lose weight in a healthy way, but I haven't had much luck.

I think it would be nice to lose weight in a healthy way, so it would be easier to live, but I haven't been able to do it.

I saw a handsome European Ottoman man, and he's a different breed. He had the impression of being the most handsome guy in the region. (He might be half-Asian, though.)

In the "Imaginary Europe" theory, his appearance clearly shows his differences with me, but I think that's where the ingenuity of the "Imaginary Europe" theory lies. Culturally, there are many Asian cultures with European roots, so I can imagine what it would be like. It's also a matter of consciousness, and while I'm tempted to think about it, I'm going to take it in a positive light.
